Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you order from Stud & Spool. They are written in plain words.
Who we are
Stud & Spool is a small family shop in Singapore, run by its owner (a parent). You can reach us at store@yeoda.space.
Ordering and when a contract is made
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is made, when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or was priced wrongly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are final. We are not GST-registered, so we add no GST. The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe Checkout. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver in Singapore only, or you can collect at a pickup meet-up. Details are on our delivery page. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered or handed over. Please check that your delivery address is correct: you are responsible for it.
Cancelling and returns
If something is not right, email us. We agree what is fair with you and refund you. Refunds are issued by us to the original payment method. We do not run a returns process, so please do not post anything back unless we ask. See returns and refunds.
Faulty or not as described
These terms do not affect your rights under Singapore consumer law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
Product information and safety
Our items are handmade. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Younger children should be supervised by an adult. Measurements are nominal and can vary by a few millimetres.
Intellectual property
The designs, drawings, text and characters on this site are ours. Please do not copy them. We describe our bricks as "compatible". We are not affiliated with any brick brand.
Our liability
We are responsible for what the law makes us responsible for. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid.

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the date below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Singapore law, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
