Returns and refunds
Belle inspects every build, but she is a cat. If something is not right, tell us.
How it works
- Email us at store@yeoda.space with your order reference (it looks like SS-0042) and what went wrong.
- We read it, we agree what is fair with you, and we refund you.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
What we do not do
We do not run a returns process. There is no returns address, label or form. Please do not post anything back to us unless we ask you to first.
Pickup orders
The same applies. Email us and we will sort it out.
